With a successful track record as an entrepreneur, Zayne recently transitioned from owning and selling a thriving computer software business, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in property development. Drawing on a strong background in project management and service delivery, he has led high performing teams to deliver exceptional results, developing a passion for achieving success through collaboration and strategic execution.

In his previous role as a Service Delivery Director, Zayne managed projects with precision and an unwavering focus on exceeding client expectations. He is known for his tenacious work ethic, results-driven mindset and commitment to using proven methodologies to guide every process. With a keen eye for streamlining workflows and implementing systems that enhance clarity and efficiency, Zayne thrives in fast-paced environments where meeting deadlines is crucial.

Transparency and trust are at the core of his approach, and he places great value on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. He is a firm believer in under promising and over delivering, consistently ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.

Outside of the professional world, Zayne enjoys spending time on the golf course although, as he’ll admit, not always with the same precision and drive he brings to his work.

BA (Hons) Spatial Design

Petina is a qualified interior designer with over 15 years’ experience in transforming spaces through thoughtful, considered design. Holding a BA (Hons) in Spatial Design and specialising in biophilic design, she has spent recent years exploring how our surroundings can positively impact our health, happiness and overall wellbeing.

Her journey has naturally evolved into the world of property development, where she combines her deep passion for design with a commitment to creating homes that truly enrich the lives of those who live in them. Petina is a regular speaker at the Grand Designs Live shows and other speaking platforms, where she shares her expertise on sustainable and wellness-driven design. She also advises homebuilders through the Grand Designs Expert Hub, helping them bring their visions to life with purpose and clarity.

Alongside her husband, Zayne and a close-knit team of professionals, Petina is focused on developing homes that feel good to live in, prioritising sustainability, functionality and effortlessly, comfortable spaces that truly feel like home.

Outside of work, Petina enjoys tending to her garden and getting creative with DIY upcycling projects, always bringing a sense of nature, beauty and ingenuity into everything she does.
